YOU DON'T HAVE TO FACE THIS ALONE
LET US FIGHT FOR YOU
Zachary Yurick
Zachary Yurick is a fierce and compassionate advocate for victims and survivors, relentless in his fight to secure them justice.
As a former Chester County prosecutor in the Child Abuse Unit, Zachary Yurick fought against all odds on behalf of child survivors of sexual and physical abuse, holding the most vile members of our society accountable.
As a prosecutor, he has successfully litigated over 50 trials—mostly child sexual assault cases, but also first-degree murder, human trafficking, and aggravated assault cases.
As a member of the Child Abuse Unit he worked hand in hand with law enforcement from the initial stages of investigation all the way through the resolution of the case. It’s here, he developed innovative and creative trial strategies to combat the lack of physical evidence child abusers take advantage of to get away with victimizing children.
A Northern Chester County native, Zachary Yurick was raised in North Coventry, graduating from Owen J. Roberts High School. He has always called Chester County his home, personalizing his resolve to helping those in need within his own community.
Zachary received his law Degree from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law where he discovered his talent for trial advocacy, winning the 2017 Regional Mock Trial Team Competition and being singled out amongst his entire class for his outstanding trial skills.
He then began his legal career as a prosecutor at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, sharpening his skills for years in a high-volume, trial by fire, environment before returning home to Chester County.
As a Child Abuse Prosecutor, Zachary won the prestigious Prosecutor of the Year award in 2023.
The Crime Victims’ center of Chester County formally recognized his efforts on behalf of child victims of crime and their families, by awarding him with the John J. Crane award for advocacy in 2024.
As a member of Goldberg, Goldberg, and Maloney, whether it’s for survivors of crimes like child abuse and institutional abuse, or for accident victims, he continues his mission of being a voice for the voiceless.
Being a lawyer means being a voice for the voiceless. It's about fighting for justice when others cannot.
